About us

For more than 30 years, the Thermodynamics Laboratory of the University of Liège has been carrying out numerical and experimental research activities in the field of thermal and energy systems. The main fields of research are refrigeration, positive displacement machines (compressors and expanders), turbomachinery, building physics and HVAC systems, combustion, internal combustion engines, heat exchangers and small and medium scale Organic Rankine Cycles.
